A personal technology lab

Build something.
Write down why.

9T1 Labs is where I collect the software projects, prototypes, and product questions I keep returning to.

Some projects are compact utilities. Others are deeper prototypes that test a workflow, a technical boundary, or a way of making complex information easier to act on.

Each write-up is grounded in its repository: what the project does, how it is structured, what was tested, and where the current boundary sits.

01

Make it useful

Start with a real task and keep reducing friction until the path is clear.

02

Show the system

Document the architecture, constraints, and tradeoffs behind the interface.

03

Keep the boundary honest

Say what is live, what is a fixture, and what still needs to be built.
