Overview
An invoice tool growing with the business.
Quotini started as an invoicing app for Eng Hoon Residences and now supports separate business profiles within one account.
Create, edit, duplicate, search, download, and print A4 invoices. The current Firebase prototype adds account-based storage, private files, and draft recovery across sessions.
Current functionality
Create, organise, and follow through.
Choose a business
Switch profiles without signing out, with separate invoices, drafts, numbering, folders, and files.
Prepare the invoice
Add customer details, an optional Instagram handle, line items, a logo, and terms. Profile defaults apply to new invoices.
File the work
Create named folders and nested subfolders, browse with breadcrumbs, and move invoices without changing their PDFs or payment records.
Keep the evidence
Record unpaid, paid, or refunded status, attach manually checked payment screenshots, and keep internal remarks out of customer PDFs.
Save and recover
Store private PDF revisions and attachments, retain an offline draft, and export or restore the current business profile as JSON.

Manual payment checks
Payment evidence records the user's own review. It does not provide bank reconciliation, automated verification, or a transaction audit trail.
Connected and offline
Offline editing preserves the open draft. Cloud invoice commits, history, and profile lookup need a connection. JSON backups do not include stored PDFs or attachments.
Release status
The public Firebase prototype has launched. The latest business-profile, folder, payment, and attachment work is represented here as current development; availability on the public build may differ.

The invoice editor keeps dates, customer details, line items, and appearance controls together. These captures show the device-local workflow with synthetic invoices; cloud-only features are described separately above.
